Temporiis Mystica

An eccentric poet of a dying Russian empire: Velimir Vladimirovich Khlebnikov gave premature birth to a art that is only in our time beginning to bear fruit. Khlebnikov poet retained a kind of mysticism—of things and words rather than of ideas and symbols. Through his verbal experimentation he devised a “translogical language,” creating a “new world of words”. I've sought to extend this to images and create a new world of images that seeks to transform our views of self and world.
